Most people have one goal in life. Be it to help others, be a good person, raise a family or maybe even become rich. We all have our own lists of goals and dreams, but over the years, I’ve learned that being healthy is not just about exercising and eating right. Taking care of your health should be something you do start from the moment you wake up until you’re ready to call it a day.

Did you know that food is medicine? Every dish, vegetable, and fruit contains medicinal healing properties. It might be hard to imagine (because we’ve been conditioned not to believe it), but the food we choose on a daily basis can have a huge impact on our health. In fact, if you were to recover from pretty much any disease out there, the fastest way would be to change your diet. Sounds crazy? I know some people who’ve done it, so this isn’t a new-age mumbo jumbo.


Super health is something that we all want. We want perfect health that allows us to live a long, happy life. This guide aims to help you realize your dream of super health and living forever by offering you the best tips available.

This tip is rather blunt, so listen up – there is absolutely no benefit to anyone from doctors or other “health care providers” telling you that you will live or die. Yet every day in the United States, doctors use these kinds of scare tactics to make sure that their patients take the medication they prescribe.

The world of medicine is a scary one. It’s all too common to go in for a routine check-up and walk out with a bag full of prescription drugs that you need to take every day, only to find out that they turn your life upside-down. There have been many instances where someone has their prescription filled at the local pharmacy, and it’s wrong, and no one tells them about it until they feel worse. You never know when you’re about to get blindsided by the medical industry and who knows what it could do to your life!

Each year, thousands of people lose their lives, and billions of dollars are spent due to a preventable disease. The surprising thing is that doctors could have prevented the vast majority of these deaths. The solution is simple: Be your own doctor; get a 2nd opinion, and take charge.

2. Maintain the balance

Balance is important, but it’s a lot easier said than done. Life is often chaotic, and when we are feeling out of whack, it can be hard to think about having a balanced life.

Your health is determined by 70% of what you eat and 20% of how much you exercise. What you consume is critical, but equally important is how and where you consume your food or exercise. It’s the same with your health environment, both internally, the way you think and feel, and externally, your social network10%.

In the 1950s, a doctor called Dr. Roger Bannister broke the four-minute mile. It had been held as an impossible barrier, and Dr. Bannister proved otherwise. After he did so, more than 2500 runners could do so over the next three years. So let’s just try to push that a little bit further – exercise can be fun and healthy at the same time if you know how! This is known as the “Bannister Effect” – breaking barriers opens up a void for others to follow and achieve the same goal.

3. Get your hands on the superfoods

Whole foods provide the body with more fiber, vitamins, and minerals than processed foods do. 4. Discipline Yourself

You hear a lot of tips on how to stay healthy and happy these days. But, do you ever wonder why people who know what they’re doing don’t follow their own advice? There are two reasons for this. One is that it takes a LOT of discipline to follow your own advice (and I don’t just mean in the health or fitness world). The other reason is simply that noone else will be able to force themselves to be disciplined as you can.

Discipline makes all things possible. You know that saying, right? Well, it stands true even if you’re talking about your health. If you’re serious about your health, your body, and your mind, then you need to learn to exercise self-discipline, or it’s just not going to happen.

Although it can mean something quite negative, there is actually nothing wrong with the concept, even when thinking about eating habits and dieting. The only drawback is that it can be a difficult concept to agree with, let alone adopt into your life. That’s why most people find themselves putting off the idea of starting a diet until some point in the future. But that future never comes because they put it off longer, right.

5. Become vegetarian

Everybody should be mostly vegetarian if most of the people became 95% vegetarian. The world would be much more peaceful. Everyone would get along and have an overall better time. But, with few exceptions, this world is not going to happen anytime soon. So, rather than subscribe to the idea that it will ‘never’ happen, let’s think like scientists and work on this problem in baby steps.

Many people are unaware of how bad factory farming is for the environment. This includes animals and humans; to kill pigs, cows, chickens, etc., they are crammed into very unhygienic areas. The meat is then packaged and shipped from country to country overseas using a lot of gas. This makes meat production very energy inefficient; I read somewhere that the process of producing just one pound of beef can produce 20 pounds of carbon dioxide—that’s worse than driving a Hummer!
